Our EPIC (Engaging Professionals Inspiring Collaboration) group recently hosted a casual Performance Review Prep session! We watched TED Talks on effective communication and how to have professional conversations. We then shared our own insights on calming nerves, what to expect during reviews, and how to communicate effectively with management. It was a great opportunity to learn and support each other!
