At this month’s Atlas Toastmasters meeting, we were inspired by two powerful speeches from Ivana Blas and Calvin Matsushima. Ivana shared her reflections on growing older—embracing the uncertainty of adulthood while learning to slow down and live in the present. Calvin gave an engaging talk on the power of eye contact, exploring how to balance presence and comfort in conversation—and was awarded Best Speaker of the Month!
