Providing transparency is an essential function for our internal communications to staff. The executive team prioritizes open exchanges between staff and the exec team in order to foster our One Atlas approach.
In our town hall meeting, we bench marked our company goals and outlined objectives we’re striving for in 2020. We also recognized two staff members in the area of professional development for their achievements in continuing education. We then opened a live Q&A to staff for any questions or concerns they might have moving forward.
