  • Account Manager II – Benefit Consulting

    Main Office / Full Time

    Duties

    Highly motivated and reliable individual with strong attention to detail, with some assistance, to work with some of the Hawaii’s most established employers to design and manage their employee benefits program. The Account Manager II will be an active member of the benefits team working to service and educate clients on benefit strategies, support department sales, retention and profitability goals, oversee client specific regulatory compliance requirements, and support and execute key projects and business development initiatives.

    Education/Experience/Certifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business or Finance.
    • years Employee Benefits or Human Resources experience required.

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

    • Life and Health Insurance License required or must obtain within 90 days from date of hire.
  • Account Manager – Personal Lines Insurance

    Main Office / Full Time

    Duties

    Hawaii’s largest locally owned insurance agency is seeking a highly motivated individual to market, sell and underwrite new and renewal personal lines accounts in accordance with agency’s underwriting guidelines, policies and procedures.  This position provides assistance and support in obtaining, placing, maintaining, expanding and servicing accounts.

    Education/Experience

    • Requires High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 3-5 years insurance experience and/or training. College degree is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
    • Property & Casualty Solicitors license required (or must be willing to obtain once hired).
    • CPCU, CIC or other insurance designations are preferred.
    • Must be a team player with excellent organization and communication skill.
    • Proficiency in Windows based applications required.
  • Account Manager – Commercial Insurance

    Main Office / Full Time

    Duties

    • 3-5 years insurance experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
    • Producer license required (or must be willing to obtain once hired). CPCU, CIC or other property/casualty designations preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft windows based applications required.
    • Able to multitask and perform all duties under minimal supervision.
    • Must be a team player with excellent organization and communication skills.
    • Must be able to maintain and exhibit a positive and professional attitude in the performance of the job.
  • Account Executive – Commercial Lines

    Main Office / Full Time

    Duties

    Initiate, service and retain commercial clients with professionalism, integrity and a sense of urgency in accordance with agency’s policies and procedures. Perform all duties under minimal supervision.

    Education/Experience

    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, college degree highly desired.
    • 3 to 5 years related commercial insurance experience.
    • Equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training will be considered.
    • Solicitor’s license required.  CIC, CPCU, and other related courses encouraged.
    • Valid motor vehicle operator’s license and access to an automobile for usage on a daily basis is required.
